Grind:Use this setting for normal meat grinder operation.
Stuff: Use this setting for making sausage; it is a slower speed than
forward so the operator can stuff sausage correctly.
Reverse: Located on the power switch is the reverse switch, it is marked as
"REV". The reverse switch mode is "Spring-Loaded"-it does not lock
into place, and will spring back from "REV" to the off position.
The reverse switch can be used to unclod any fatty meats, tendons,
suet that could be tangled around the auger or in-between the auger
and grinder head.
